Domain: Food Safety

This training makes it possible to raise awareness of the dangers, risks, and good hygiene and food safety practices to be adopted by all personnel working in contact with foodstuffs (HoResca, food trade, canteens, nurseries, agro-food ).

This training allows to define all the specifications to be taken into account in order to establish a set of specifications call on a caterer, or any other service or food provider.
